hello

Went to the gym and swimming pool this morning and other necessary things. Now I sit in a car not knowing where I’m going. Mom and dad in the front seats.
My body hasn’t been so good last 2 days, was hoping it was getting better after my grate fall. Have been OK for a while, like one ore 2 weeks before this. Falling on the head and then hips from a truck isn’t really that good I have to say. Just nerve damage and as secondary follow up other things as well.

On the 4th of August me and my dad went to a +4 hour hike everything was up hill except of course on the way down, hehee but it didn’t take any time to run down the mountain and hills before the mountain. We started from our house.
When we were resting a little a sheep came to us to see if we had something to give her. J
All the berries are getting so huge both blueberries, royal blueberries and, well we call them krækiber and they are black so we just call them blackberries here. J The royal blueberries are bigger than blueberries and they are so good, like most other berries. They grow well higher up in the mountains and ills than black and blueberries. Here is sunny as usual except this climbing day we had rather cold and cloudy day which was not bad.

Yesterday me, my brother and Máni (Icelandic 16 year old friend but lives in France now cause his mother is studying there) went golfing. They were showing me how to do the “swing”, I have never really learned golf, know the grip, most of the rules but not the swing and all the most important things. It wasn’t the easiest way to learn the “swing” with right handed set when you are left handed, but I can adapt to most things.

Hey again. We went walking in a beautiful canyon with a waterfall in the end of it and of course cause of the waterfall, a river goes through it.
I was climbing and gathering beautiful stones. I usual put them on my grandmothers cemetery she loved beautiful stones, she used her green, old and hand maid wallet to keep the special stones in.
And I’ve been picking up the stones I think she would have liked when we go on our walks and travels.
Yeah and p.s. My dad had a "natural" shower in the waterfall before we left.

New day, new smile to the day.

Bonjour my folks, Hope everyone are feeling wonderful and the sun is shining on your faces.
Went to gym and swimming pool this morning and did other necessary things.

We gave her of course raisins, witch she strangly loved.




Soon on our way up I found a red flag lying on the ground and I had this splended idea to take it with me and put it on the top of the mountain when we got there to have proof that we had been there, like real climbers. :)

Dad found nothing wrong with that idea.

long time no see ;)

Howdy:) Well, this special August has come already.. Holy vegetables.

It has been such a good weather here in the north all summer. Sunny all day and well most of the night. But it is slowly starting to get darker and darker at nights.

Since last entry, I’ve for example
went mountain walking if you can call it that, taken a road trip to the east and visited my mothers sister in a summer cabin, drove to Borgarfjörður eystri (can look it up on google earth), went swimming, went on a rather small bout out to the see fishing, worked, looked at schools through the internet and went to a big tent located in the nature where you could bought many different things all from cakes to used books, or you could just listen to the band that was playing there as well and drink coffee or dance.
I went horse back riding as well, by the way it’s not me.

Very nice and of course good weather.
The only bad thing about this good weather all the time is that you might need to do some things inside like work, study, clean up and so on but can’t really do it cause it to good weather outside.

There was as well reunion, my old class for 10 years, from 6 years of age to 16 year old. we met in our old school, then we played a game in a place called “little forest” and later met again and ate. (this was in june the pic shows few of my ex classmates).

On Friday morning me and my dad went out to the see fishing and I can tell you that there was a lot of different kinds of fish. Later that day me and my parents went for a drive. We drove to an old farm, the people that lives there had turned it in to a golf course, restaurant and little hotel.

Yesterday we went to Siglufjörður (it’s around 1.10 hours from Sauðárkrókur)
and Hóla in Hjaltadal. To get to Siglufjörður we drove after the old mountain path. Very beautiful view and nature.
